I absolutely love Dr. Boling and Nurse Practitioner Gina. However I've had several problems with reception as to answering phones. There's been times when I had to call several times a day for three or four days until they actually picked up the phone. And there's a couple friends of mine who had the same problem. I would recommend this place so long as you don't mind the reception problems!
I have had issues with reception regarding making/keeping appointments due to billing since his reception staff changed a couple of years ago. They use to bill you after services but as of January 2013 or 14, you may no longer receive or make appointments unless you can pay for your appointment upfront or whatever insurance or Medicaid does not cover or you may not be seen. For me there was some pushing to get Medicaid by reception staff in order to make/keep appointments.
Boling is a really good doctor. My husband and I loved him and he provided great medical care and is genuinely concerned for each of his patients which is very hard to find these days.
However I would still recommend Boling as a great doctor, but be prepared to pay for services upfront that your insurance or Medicaid may not cover for. I would advise calling ahead so that there are no surprises on the day(s) of your appointment(s).
