There was one car in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room but they couldn't see me until two hours later. Not my idea of Urgent Care. The Dr was about 80 years old and prescribed medication the pharmacist said no one prescribed anymore. So I'd say I had a bad experience.
Absolutely wonderful clinic! The people were excellent and the dr was efficient and to the point! I would recommend this clinic to anyone without reservation!
They provide quite a service to the community! The family care doctors are good, and urgent care is so important when there is something that is not as big of deal to go to ER, but you can’t wait. Some people have unrealistic expectations of what medical personnel can do. Every time I have been there, they are very helpful.
After waiting over an hour to see a doctor, he came in and immediately wrote me a prescription. He asked me two questions, gave me no time to ask any of my own, and did not even take a test for strep, which he diagnosed me with. He spent no more than 30 seconds, which my doctors back home would never do; a doctor should listen to your questions and answer them. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and seemed to not care about my actual health. At the end he walked out the door and down the hallway without giving me further instruction. After waiting for someone, I finally asked the receptionist if I needed a receipt for my visit, in which case she had no idea. Will not go back.
You'd be better off seeing a medical professional absolutely anywhere but here. It's a sham of a medical practice. They're rough and rude with patients, write prescriptions irresponsibly and without appropriate testing and have misdiagnosed nearly everything I've been there to be seen for. This place is a joke.
