My dad has seen Dr Collins for over A year now. He finds Dr. Collins to be very caring and empathetic. His staff is friendly and responsive. Dr. Collins lost his wife to cancer and he has been so helpful to my dad since mother passed away- he empathizes with his patients as he has "walked" in their shoes. He confers with his other partners rather than just write a prescription for a drug, he wants to make an informed decision. He also works well with my Dad's heart doctor to assist in a correct diagnosis.
The doctors are great - however the organization of things is need of some help. I had labs done about a month ago and never received a phone call about the results. I had to make a visit to the office to get a copy of the results and then wasn't even told that some things were too high or low and needed discussion. I had to ask multiple questions for the nurse to even explain anything to me. Get it together, folks!
