Where to start: Extremely arrogant and rude owner, Video games are 50 to 75% markup over their value, and the owner simply doesn't care if your satisfied. In short, never go there!!!

First of all, that was a very arrogant thing to say, as there was a middle aged gentleman who walked into the store when I left the first time and another middle aged gentleman who was leaving when I was arriving to return the product (on the same day, unused), and I am sure that people their age have experienced what I am now. Second, I suspect by the following paragraph's merit that the reason most customer's have buyer's remorse when they buy from here is because the owner simply does not care for his customer's satisfaction as long as he makes a profit. When I asked if he cared about customer satisfaction, he simply stated "we have been here for a hundred years..." clearly avoiding the question.
The only thing I have bought from this store is an incense holder whose hole was too small for the stick to fit. The apparatus itself was too short as well (the incense was too long), but when I went to ask for a refund, the owner, Carl Hildebrand, said that he "did mind" giving out refunds because they've "had too many cases where college students have buyer's remorse."
I have read a review of Rinehart's on Google by Mike Meezy who said he purchased a Nintendo 64 console that did not work and was told to buy something else instead of getting any sort of compensation for the defunct machine.
