Over the course of 4 years I have witnessed poor treatment of employees and customers by a man I have assumed is the owner. Sometimes he is friendly, but more often he is impatient, peremptory, and egotistic. I usually try to avoid him because of his volatile and condescending attitude. If I knew he wouldn't be there, I would probably rely more on this bookstore than the online textbook market.
Superb bookstore! This place is cheaper than the Truman State University campus bookstore and they can reserve your books ahead of time and you pay for them when you need them! You can rent or buy books and they also have Truman State University merch! Totally recommend this place!
