I've had previous negative experience at this location but the expert, attentive, and friendly staff on this visit turned my opinion completely around.
1. We do not follow people around, we have a lot going on in our store and a lot of different shoes to pick from so we make sure that everyone is finding things okay. It's nothing personal, we're just doing our job.
Great selection of shoes available. Reasonable pricing with sales often.

2. We check EVERY box. Sometimes we find one shoe that is a size 8, and then one 9. Or maybe even two left shoes. We check boxes to ensure the customer gets exactly what they wanted with no complications.

Watched me like a hawk, then checked the box to make sure I didn't swap the shoes I bought for a more expensive pair. I understand that people steal, but don't make it blatantly obvious to the customer. I won't be back.
