5 stars because around 7 p.m. at night my mailman went out of his way to delivered me a package I was missing... and the lady at the office also went out of her way to help me thank God! This post office has amazing customer service!
My husband and I ALWAYS have superb service from this location! The employees are helpful, polite, and very nice. Perhaps some of the poor reviews from grumpy customers were because they came in with a bad attitude!
I frequent this post office at least 2-3 times a week and always get immaculate service. I have had their reps give me advice on best shipping methods and on more than 1 occasion they have helped me save money on shipping.
The service is quick as could be only having two people working the counter. Once I got up there is went quick. the building looks a little run down.
Last week I accidentally mailed a package to my daughters old address in Kirksville. I called the post office and spoke with a representative who went to the location where the package had been delivered, he retrieved it and called me back within a couple hours to let me know they would hold it for pick up for 10 days. How great is that? These days it is rare to get such great service. Thanks Kirksville PO!
