This location doesn't offer good customer service. They really only care about finances instead of actually providing good services that would make someone want to come back. This really hurts the YMCA brand, which was founded on supplying true genuine care and services to its customers. I'm really disappointed as I have had personal affiliation with several YMCA branches around the nation, and this one doesn't even compare at all. I can say, though, that the management that was present a few years ago really cared about its customers. Someone this trait wasn't passed on...
