Living here has been great. However, the ability of the Manager to do what she tells you she will do is lacking. In a few instances, I have requested that my walls be painted since they never repainted/touched up the paint before I moved in. She promised to schedule a time to have it done - didn't happen. In another instance, my furnace wasn't working one evening, so I called her - she promised to have the maintenance guy or heating guy come that night to fix it - didn't happen. It got down to 55 that night and only the next morning did they come to fix the problem.
