We missed a package, and went to pick it up. It was actually out on a truck but they sent someone to go pick it up for us. I feel like they went above and beyond to help us out
Every order we have made that uses UPS it is always a hassel to receive. We open at 1pm. Why is it so hard to have my package dropped off after 1pm. Even promise after promise that it will not happen again, it does! This last time they gave my package to the business next to us that left at 1pm. We dont get along and even if we did why give my package to anyone else? If I had it my way I would never use this company.
Tiny place that's open for only an hour per day. Get in and out quick, speedy for sure.
Physically spoke to the driver when he was delivering packages to the houses on both sides of my house to see if he had my package. He said no, however, it turns out it was on his truck. I would recommend shipping with anyone else if it has to go through this UPS center.
Absolutely incapable of doing their jobs. According to UPS updates, a driver had my package in his truck and went to my location to drop it off. Except he didn't. He drove away with it in his truck. Didn't leave a notice or anything. He then claimed that my address doesn't exist, despite it being clearly marked. I was then promised that it would be sent out for delivery again the next day. I called that morning to check and they claimed to have no idea about any of this. I am a delivery driver myself and I can say for certainty that I would never skip a delivery without a call or notice at worst. 100% unacceptable.
