She doesn't contact people to let them no that she couldn't find the fabric they wanted. If I hadn't gone in to see if she had picked up some Little Mermaid Fabric (Can be found in the Kirksville Walmart and at Joann's) she said that she looked everywhere but couldn't find any. She didn't contact me about it or even try to offer different style of fabric.
The greek letters are almost never on time. She makes up excuses for why they're always late, for example, she was supposed to meet someone in St. Louis over winter break and she didn't show up Then when they came to the shop in Kirksville the owner said that she had left them in St. Louis in her sister's car!
