I love Hyvee! Very much, but there is a little girl that works in the pharmacy (short, glasses, skinny, brunette) who really needs some customer service soft skills. The low stars is NOT for Hyvee - it IS for the the gal who has terrible customer service and I sincerely hope they give her some assistance, otherwise, pharmacy will have other low scores. I am not the only one, I have friends and family that have mentioned this same girl. I wish I had her name, but unfortunately, I do not. I will change my review later when I see that this girl has had some proper soft skill training.
