I have been here before and gotten smoothie every other day. I got a green tea with mango. I have had one before and it was good.
(EDIT: I talked to manager Karen Watkins, she did her best remained professional despite being upset at my review; also has an amazing memory as to what I ordered last. I can tell she takes pride in her store and her reputation. I am changing my rating to 3 stars because she made an effort to fix things.

The corporate customer service is only open on the weekdays so no help there.
I start slurping it down headed to Milan for the day after 5 minutes and only drinking about a 5th. I have this sudden urge to vomit. I start vomiting so hard I have to quickly pullover on the highway.
Additions to your drink like protein are great, but multivitamin and immune boost add-ons are honestly scams that nobody needs to use. They have an okay rewards program, one that gives you a $6 smoothie for every $60 you spend with them, which I'm not sure is the best deal in my opinion, but I'll take it since I go once in a while with coupons.
Although vastly overpriced, these smoothies are delicious. The Kirksville Smoothie King is a tiny kiosk-like establishment that makes getting your drink really quick and easy. Just pull up to the drive thru and you're already well underway. Personally, my favorite is a 20oz Passion Passport. 20oz is REALLY all you need for one person, anything more is just excessive.
Service is pretty smooth and quick and the workers are always courteous and efficient.
Kids love the smoothies. They have a large variety of flavor choices. You can even add vitamin supplements and protein supplements as well. Conveniently right off the main strip.
I called smoothie king and they said they needed to see my receipt to confirm I bought a smoothie.
I think to myself "Why would I want another one if it just made me sick?!" I said no.
They were very helpful & pleasant plus they didn't mind all our questions. This was our first time, so we had lots. The Smoothies were quite tasty. We ordered smalls to try, but we found them to be very filling. We shall return !!!! We enjoyed our Smoothies very much
They offer me a smoothie for later. The card is for an 20 ounce smoothie when I bought a 32 ounce!
Since I am sick now, I head back to Kirksville, (vomited again on the way back) to get a refund but instead they offer to remake it. And they say there is nothing wrong with their ingredients.
Pretty pricey but high quality. They make smoothies up to 40 oz. 40 oz! For christ sake what do you do with 40 oz of smoothie?
Will I go back? Yes. Overall, good experience.)
