Made a ship yo store pick up on Saturday, Dec. 9th. Very busy. Clerk was efficient and had my order up in very little time. I was in the store for less than five minutes
The staff is always so courteous and professional. They are also very friendly and efficient. My wife orders on line a lot and I am the designated return person. They always process my returns quickly and hsve me on my way. Janet Gremaud, the Store Manager, sets the tone from the top down. She is very friendly and I have seen her pitch in and work right alongside the associates.
Pleasantly surprised by this JCP. It is not very large but is a decently sized facility for the town; a surprising amount of selection all considered. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean store with fair prices.
This jcpenney is ok it doesnt have the sheets and towels like the others do. But a lot of stuff in such a small store.
